Patrick R. Baird

Patrick Baird was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. At a very young age, Patrick knew that he wanted to be an attorney and help people fight for their rights. Upon graduating from the University of Missouri – Kansas City Law School, Patrick worked as a prosecuting attorney in Cass County, Missouri. While at the prosecutor’s office, Patrick was able to gain valuable trial experience both in front of a jury and cases tried by the judge. Upon leaving the prosecuting attorney’s office, Patrick worked for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office defending the State of Missouri and the Kansas City Police Department in lawsuits. Patrick successfully tried multiple cases to juries, including two of the top 20 defense verdicts in the State of Missouri as recorded by Missouri Lawyer’s Weekly while at the Attorney General’s Office. In 2014, Patrick returned to his hometown of Springfield, Missouri, to continue his work, focusing on the areas of family law, business litigation and personal injury. Patrick has continued to try multiple cases to both juries and judges. Patrick Baird knows that it is important to have an attorney who is not afraid of going to trial and will stand with you until the end.
